Thiyana’s principal area of practice is banking and finance, with a focus on shipping finance. She supports financiers and multinational corporations on complex cross-border projects and advises on loan and security documentation for debt facilities. Her experience spans a variety of financing transactions including bilateral and syndicated loans, term and revolving credit facilities, re-financings, and sale and leaseback structures. She also assists ship owners in vessel sale and purchase transactions and vessel registrations.

 

Thiyana is also well versed in corporate matters and has advised on private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings involving amalgamations and large-scale redomiciliations of foreign entities to Singapore.
