SIAC joint venture dispute
Represented private equity house in claims worth S$2.6 billion arising out of investment and shareholder agreements related to an investment in Southeast Asia.

Enforcement case
Successfully representing an individual in Singapore High Court proceedings brought by a Singapore company to set aside a US$1.3 million SIAC arbitration award made in the individual’s favour.

Insurance company
Acting for a major insurance company in a nationwide investigation of insurance fraud involving physiotherapy clinics and medical concierge companies.

Mareva injunctions
Successfully set aside a Mareva injunction of approx. US$5.5 million and a proprietary injunction in the amount of approx. US$2.2 million obtained against New Resource by Noble Group in support of a Hong Kong arbitration that arose out of the sale of metallurgical coke.

Cryptocurrency clients
Advising multiple clients on disputes arising in the cryptocurrency space, including issues of coin issuance agreements, fund management and investment and consultancy agreements.
