We design and roll out HR policies, review executive pay, co-ordinate employment cost-cutting exercises and advise on contentious employment issues.
We act for a variety of clients, including large multi-national corporations, medium size enterprises and senior executives. We also work closely with financial institutions and are experienced in drafting complex employee incentive schemes tailored specifically to a client’s operations.
The nature of the work which we handle sometimes requires us to give urgent advice to our clients. The size of our team means that we are always available to deal with urgent matters and to give our clients the support they need. Our lawyers are approachable and proactive.
