Constance Leong

Associate

Constance is an associate at Virtus Law. Her practice focuses on ship finance, general banking and finance as well as general corporate law.

Constance has extensive experience advising banks, financial institutions and funds on a variety of financing matters, including in relation to financing and facility arrangements, security documentation, and corporate banking matters.

 

Prior to joining Virtus Law, she was a legal counsel at Mizuho Bank, one of the world’s largest financial service providers. She is also versed in general corporate advisory, data protection, and non-contentious employment matters.
