As a corporate lawyer, Eunice advises on initial public offerings of companies, and advises issue managers and companies across a wide spectrum of industries, including medical groups, education, real estate, oil and gas, and technology companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
